Off to a good start! 10/11/2011

My check engine light had been on for quite awhile, I took my car to 24 hour automotive, where they told me my starter needed to be replaced. They had it replaced within the week and the check engine light. I think they are doing great for being a brand new company! more

Colorados biggest joke 10/10/2011

They promised to replace the motor in my vehicle within 48hours to get an employee back on the road when he got stuck outside Denver with vehicle issues. They towed the car, They said it would be ready by Tuesday evening, that was on Sunday, they finished a month later! after avoiding calls and several deadlines, went to get the car back, IT HAD BEEN WRECKED! The nerve! They then denied it even though the front plate was missing as they were adjusting the front bumper and headlights with their newly installed high tech zip ties! the employees had been driving the car for personal use!? They had a credit card reader in the back of the car and other business type materials, the bill was supposed to be 1,200 as quoted, but when I got there it was 1,800.00. This company should be shut down, and soon, I think they are too involved with their ""extra curricular"" activities to even comprehend what thay are doing to ""customers."" Takes a hell of a company to wreck a car then deny it! more

This company is very dishonest! 10/10/2011

I had a bad experience with this company. I negtiated a deal with Shawn who said he is an owner at 24 hour auto. Afetr the reapirs were made (4 weeks 3 days later than promised), the bill mysteriously increased be amlost 80%. I couldnt afford to pay, they still have my car. I feel like they have ransomed it! They couldnt justify the increase, they simply stated if i wanted my car i'd have to pay. I was astonished. After i looked into their reputation, i found out the truth about Shawn Miles, the man I had negotiated the deal with. he has an extensive criminal history including theft and forgery. you can look it up for yourself at Colorado Court Database. All kids of charges from theft to forgery. Here are some of the case numbers 1999CR567 - Theft..... case 2007CR82 -Theft ...cae 1993C102260 Forceable entry....case 1993C101423 Forceable entry and detainer. i have started an email where you can contact me and get more of the dirt on 24 hour auto, and the full rap sheet from Colorado for SHAWN MILES in case you dont want to pay the fee to look it up for yourself. RIP off company that now writes their own fake reviews 10/10/2011

I was forced to publish a negative review of these horrible crooks about a month ago, and low and behold after my negative review was posted all of the sudden all thses ""happy"" customers appear to write wonderful things about these crooks, pushing my negative review to the back of the line! Please check with the Better Business Bureau. These clowns want us to believe that there were very few reviews for them, for the last few years then all of the sudden everyones rating them with 5 stars. Dont be fooled they are criminals. We had an incicdent when we went to pick up our vehicle there, and police had to be called. The black guy working there, shawn miles, literally took off running when police arrived, so that tells you what kind of criminals work for these guys. SHAWN MILES and staff your are all crooks, the BBB knows the real story now citysearch readers do too! please read through all the reviews instead of the fake 5 star revies they posted in the last month. you will find the truth!!! more

AMAZING SERVICE! 10/10/2011

As i am beginning to enter into the automotive field i look for trustworthy experienced patient and flexible people to make a repair on my car and from the moment they began inspecting my transmission i knew i could trust this business. They gave me options and worked with me on my money situation and even gave me a ride to the airport. I dont need to see another business to know i recommend everyone in denver and anyone going through denver, to call 24hour automotive and towing to get the job done and done quick and done right! Thank you so much for helping me get a transmission for my nightmare of an eagle talon! ya'll are a real genuine business with great hospitality. 5 star rating just isnt enough! more

There things I look for in an automotive place: 1. Warranty 2. Fantastic customer service (including patients, willingness to work with me on money and scheduling , future car care recommendations, and etc.) 3. Patients 4. Job well done 24 Automotive exceeds at all of these things. I was very pleased. My experience from the first phone call to driving my car away was superb. I will tell my friends. I have a pretty old car, and it has the type of windows that can only be rolled up manually. A few weeks ago both of the windows in the back seat fell down and would not roll back up. As you can imagine this is a huge problem, especially in the neighborhood I live in. So, I called a friend of mine who recommended 24 Hour Auto to me and I have never been as satisfied with a car repair service. They got my car in right away and had my windows back up and working within a day! I am so grateful to the business as well as the friendly employees that work there. I recommend them to everyone!! Recently my daughter and I were on a road trip taking her to college. During our trip in the middle of the night my car started having major issues the dash lights all came on and the car came to a complete stop. We were in the middle of no where and neither one of us has any car knowledge.I google searched to find someone to help us the only company that answered was 24 hour automotive, and they were so helpful within 30 minutes they had a tow driver to meet my daughter and I and take our car to their service center where in an hour it was ready to back on the raod again. The customer service was better than i have ever experienced. they deserve 10 stars more

24 HOUR SCAM ARTISTS! WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS 9/22/2011

The guy there Shawn worked a ""deal"" with my sister, a young single mom then took over 2 months to fix her car. When it was done they charged her almost double and charged her stroage for the time they took to fix it. She paid and is waiting to go to court with these theives, however she needed her car. Long story short because of the repair bill, $2455.19 , she couldnt affford her apartment anymore and she and he 7 month old daughter live with me now. These guys should be ashamed. We should have checked their horrible BBB ratings. This happens all the time over there, they rip off everyone they can. more

This company is a joke. They are overcharging and taking advantage of people. They do not do professional work or have professionals working on your vehicle. Everyone is self taught and a major joke.\r They are being sued, ask to see photos of recent work that they have done and juge for yourself. Check the BBB and see the numerous claims made against them. more

Professional to Solve Issue & Good Service 8/29/2011

This company was very responsive when I needed a tow on a hot Friday afternoon. I'm 7 months pregnant so they even arranged for me to ride with the driver to the shop...which is not the standard. Thank you! Unfortunately they ended up overcharging me due to a miss communication within their staff. It took a couple weeks but it was resolved. Shawn was very wonderful to work with. He made sure that my refund was made as quickly as possible and was very responsive and professional in our phone calls. I would absolutely do business with Shawn again! more

Wouldn't Ever Return 8/2/2011

If I didn't have to star it, I wouldn't. This company is extremely unreliable. They've had my car for over two WEEKS and still have not fixed it. It took them a week to figure out what was wrong with it and they never call when they say they will. We ended up calling them and 90% of the time they don't answer the phone. We have to call them six or seven times just to reach them. They keep giving me a time and date, and then push it back even farther. They know that I'm homeless and pregnant and they obviously don't care that my house is on their lot. Plus, I think they're trying to play me for a fool because they'll tell my friend (who's a guy) something and I'll call five minutes later to verify it and they'll tell me something different. I'm beyond fed up with this place. It's absurd. more

Customer Service 7/29/2011

I'm rather new in town and I don't know anyone. My car broke down and I didn't have a clue who to call, so I call about 15 tow compainies and everyone seems to be busy or a 2 to 3 hour wait I finally called 24 Hour Automotive. These guy's took excellent care of me and my car! I didn't think I was going to be able to afford to have my car repair; 24 Hour Automotuive prices were reasonable-Overall I'm happy with the service thanks guy's. more

This is a clown outfit...Shawn Miles is a big Bullshitter.. and Chris the Tow service driver is a Clown....damaged my vehicle towing off a car dolly..then left the scene...not to be heard from....they didn't use Flat bed or a Lift truck...A CAR DOLLY....to top it off my vehicle stayed in their yard for a week with nothing done about the damage....I had to hire another tow truck service to get my Truck out of there....do not use this company...I repeat....do not....... more
