This is THE MOST EXPENSIVE Rite-Aid in the entire S.F. Valley... Example: 3 Rite-Aids have admitted to me that they've stolen a lot of business from adjacent smoke shops since they started selling Quality cigarettes (a brand that is affordable but not cheap: they stop burning if you hold them without smoking them, an indication that they have less chemicals). THEY SELL FOR $2.96 WITH TAX AT OTHER RITE-AIDS. THIS ONE SELLS THEM FOR $3.60!!! I've bought them all over the valley and this RITE-AID doesn't get it: WHEN YOU SELL FOR LESS, YOU SELL MORE! These have become a big success for other Rite-Aids, who now order them en masse. But not at this one... So, to the main manager there: TRY, just TRY to lower your prices, ESPECIALLY in this economy. You won't do better by ripping off people! And don't use the "it's Encino" excuse: it's not Beverly Hills! Besides, even the Woodland Hills Rite-Aid (on Ventura) is cheaper!

Jeff shot my wedding in 1995. I had an amazing wedding on Catalina Island. We had Jeff shoot both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding the following day. When it comes to wedding photography Jeff is a true artist. Even though my wedding took place many years ago many people still marvel at my wedding album which have sat on my coffee table for many years. It's sad that Jeff moved to Florida because Los Angeles has lost one of it's best photographers.

For all of you inexperienced folks out there: Beware of unlicensed decorators and contractors.
This is a one-woman company run by Dennie Fidler. She is supposed to be an interior designer with no building knowledge and contractor's license. But she still takes on construction work and totally messes it. Since she does not know building procedures or codes, places very low bids only to keep increasing the costs later. She sub-contracts her jobs and does not come to job site unless she needs to collect payment. We had a very bad experience with her and currently a law suit is pending. We have also gotten in touch with one of her subcontractors who - although he completed his job - did not get paid a whopping $20,000 by her. Keep away by all means!
