Ventilation problems 4/3/2014

Dealer did not fix a previous problem with my ventilation. Wanted to charge me for the same problem that occurred under warrantee . The problem should have been fixed right the first time. more

I am very comfortable and I feel safe with my dealership and especially with my service advisor, Scott Reimer who has taken care of me now for many years including when I had my previous Hyundai. I was also very happy with my sales associate, Jen Leiby who helped me decide on my new Accent and answered each and every question with patience and great knowledge. Very very good dealership in every way. more

Poor communication 3/24/2014

Tried to contact service people for return cal to ask questions never got return call. Not the first time this has happened. Not sure I want to deal with this dealer in the future. more

Did not receive all discounts was entitled to. 3/21/2014

I recently had my scheduled service, and when I got home I realized I had a coupon for 10% off of scheduled service I called the service manager I worked with to ask if I might still get the discount. I am still waiting for the callback. I would have rated a 5 star, but never got the callback more

last on 03/10/2014 I was serviced my sonata and advisor was noel I already told him to my tire pressure problem bcs something wrong in my one tire ,he said ok but not care and same problem after my serviced so today on 03/21/2014 I went to back in express service center this time advisor Louis Torres was there he is very excellent guy ,very friendly and courtesy ,I am complacency with this guy and his best service. thank you so much . keep it up more

Outstanding Service 3/13/2014

I have been taking my Hyundai vehicles to this dealer's service center for 7 years. They always do the job right at a reasonable cost and have never had a do-over with them. Their service people are knowledgeable, explain what they will do and what it will cost. the dealership frequently issues coupons for various services making them very competitive. more

Quick and easy visit 3/11/2014

Although this visit was only for an oil change and 37,500 mi service check, they were quick and extremely helpful. I told them that I would change my cabin filter myself, and the service guy almost seemed as if he agreed with me (but couldn't actually come out and say it) which I definitely noticed and appreciated. I will go back for my next service, emissions for life is a plus. more
