Audiences at Emery Bay 10 seems a bit rowdy (staff should help keep them under control to ensure a pleasant experience for all). Also, the $5+ for a small bag of popcorn is highway robbery!!! Pros: Plenty of parking Cons: Expensive popcorn and snacks

This theater is pretty big. It is sort of hidden between bridges and overpass and streets and corners in Emeryville. I would take a very different route I go here with different people because it just happens that way. I can not say much about a theater because that's all it is. You go in, pay 8 bucks with a student ID, and you watch a movie. Maybe I can talk about the seating as the cushion are nice and comfortable and you do not have to deal with people standing up and blocking your view with the stadium seating. The snacks are definitely overpriced, but that is like every other theater. All I can say is this is another theater to choose from as it is not too shabby.
