I dropped off a package here and the staff was poorly trained, slow, and distracted. Usually when I drop off at an actual UPS warehouse, things are much more efficient. But these people behind the counter didn't seem to know what they were doing. They also don't answer their phone. It was unprofessional to hear profanity-laced rap music playing in the background as well.

During business hours, you will actually get a live, friendly and knowledgeable person on the phone, ready to schedule a rapid appointment with one of their journeyman plumbers, which by the way, are the nicest plumbers EVER! They specialize in residential plumbing, everything from replacing faucets and unblocking stopped sinks and drains. They also do every form of plumbing for kitchen and bath remodels. And if that wasn't enough, they are THE authority in hydronic (radiant) heating.
I trust them wholeheartedly and HIGHLY recommend them!

The woman who works here most afternoons is really friendly, and she has a cute daughter who is sometimes playing. There are all your basic (presumably) Indian grocery items you could want. I love to make curries, so I can find great curry spices here. There is also a large selection of Indian music albums available. I buy my phone cards here because they are way cheaper than Long's Drugs across the street. They also have those yummy cardamom sticky desserts. I don't know what they are called, but they sure are good. I'd say, give them a try!

They called to see if they could even come early. Finished the work ahead of schedule to the time to explain anything that I asked and then even said I had time left on the clock and asked if there was anything more they could do. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!
