I can't believe Patrick Hayes I love Johnny's Beef I have never reviewed anything before but his comments necessitated response. Johnny's is my favorite beef I have ever had, the bread is not store bought its Gonnella, A hometown bakery that's been around since 1836, and the beef oh god the beef spicy juicy just enough meat I live in NYC now and I dream about it at night. The fries are delicious somehow they avoided the whole anti trans fat craze and kept their fries delicious anyway I just wanted to set it straight as if the mile long line there everyday wasn't enough to convince you to try it

Russell's has the best barbecue in town. What makes it for me is the sauce. The sauce isn't that gloppy, thick, cement-like sauce you will find at a lot places, plus you get to add as much or as little as you want your self. The sauce is a little thin and watery but has a light flavor with a unqiue mixture of spices and tastes. It's excellent.
Get the barbecued sandwich. Really, there's no point in going here for anything else. You can forget the burgers and all of the rest, the reason to spend half an hour finding a place to park and then standing in line just to order is for the barbecue. Get plenty of sauce because you will want to dip your fries in it as well and then just eat until you feel ready to burst.
There is nothing fancy here. The tables aren't fancy and there is no decor to speak of. If you think having juke box control panels on each table is the height of table settings, then you know you are in the right place.
It's great barbecue and unlike any other you will find. Try it!

When I was a child, a trip to Russell's was an exciting treat. Now I live much farther away but sometimes I just have to make the trip to assuage my craving. Their barbecue sauce is unique (at least in my experience) so don't go with expectations of it being just like any other favorite you may have. In fact, if you are new to Russell's, put aside whatever preconceptions you may have about what "real" barbecue or barbecue sauce "should" be. It's bound to be different from what you expect but you still may love it just like so many of us "old-timers" do.
Some folks love the ribs but I always get a sandwich, usually pork, sometimes beef, and smother it with Russell's incomparable sauce. I like the cole slaw better than anyone else's too. IMO, the fries are as good as any ... and definitely better with RUSSELL'S BBQ SAUCE :o)
Pros: Unique and delicious!
Cons: Too far away to go as often as we'd like.

I have been calling Reuters Bakery my family baker for several years now. My husband's family had for decades. Even when we have my son's birthdays at restaurants, I always insist on being able to bring a Reuters cake to the festivities. Richard creates fantastic custom creations for us. Incredible depictions of Saturn, and Lions for example. Not only beautiful but incredibly delicious too.
I also think it is pretty cool that the baker personally responds to reviews - it shows that he is really really involved in his business and that he is passionate about his baking. Thanks for posting his response, what you think is bad, I think is good to hear his side of the story.
Pros: Excellent Cakes, great creativity, give him an idea, and let him run with it.
Cons: You get what you pay for, so it is a little expensive.. but worth it.

They were prompt and courteous. They did a very good job cleaning all the gutters for our 3 townhouses. We also had some minor repair work which seems to have corrected some leaking problems that we had. Overall we are very satisfied.

My husband and I went to McGrath City Honda/Hyundai because we saw a pretty good online advertisement for a 2009 Hyundai Sonata with very low miles. We kind of made the trip as a last minute thing, so we got there about an hour before they planned to close. I really liked the salesman who helped us out, his name was Dion. He didn't pressure us and was understanding about our budget. The hubs and I really liked the Sonata, and ended up getting an excellent deal on a 2009 model with less than 6K miles on it. We were treated with respect and it was a very low stress purchasing experience. I also tend to favor Hyundais and Hondas, so maybe that's another reason why i liked this dealership so much. Time will ultimately tell whether this purchase will turn out with a happy ending, but right now I'm confident my husband and I got a really great car for a very fair and reasonable price. I didn't try to trade in my old car, because I'm trying to sell it myself....so I can't give any perspective on how these guys do with trade-ins. - Lisa B.
