I primarily visit this restaurant for their takeout. They are always very fast, friendly, and the food is phenomenal. One dinner portion is enough for 2 or 3 meals. They have the whole gamut of Chinese food, and my favorite is the Kung Bao Chicken, spicy but just right. They also have delicious almond cookies which are very inexpensive. The restaurant space is sparsely decorated, but they do have tables and booths if you want to order and eat in. Highly recommend if you are hungry for Chinese food!

Great Italian beef sandwiches, great Vienna hot dogs, and very good chili! It's fun to get the french fries in a cup for a change too. This is mostly a takeout location, but they do have small tables if you want to eat in. They are one of the few places left where the person taking your order doesn't have to write it down - their memories are remarkable! Friendly, down home atmosphere, no frills, but a lot for the money.

I bought a Nissan Altima (used) from this dealership 3 years ago and am very satisfied with it. I have taken it in for service several times and always been treated well, told in advance about any repairs and cost, and asked for my approval of each item. They also stood behind their repairs once when a problem reoccurred. The service people go out of their way to offer discounts/coupons that apply. Overall, a pleasant experience as dealerships go! :)

The best Turtle Sundaes in the world are found here! Nice atmosphere and lots of choices for breakfast through dinner. The omelette stuffed with hash browns is great. They really do have some of the best ice cream around, and it is worth it to stop in for a malt, shake, sundae or one of their big creations like The Kitchen Sink. Overall a very enjoyable place to dine.

Menu includes not only the typical pizza parlor fair, but some unusual items. For instance the 1/2 grilled lime chicken served with your choice of pita bread or corn tortillas. This entrée normally is served with salsa but you can substitute barbecue sauce upon request.
Pros: Good food at resonable prices
Cons: Lunch time waits can be long because of its popularity

Subway has been a favorite of mine for a long time. If you are going to eat fast-food, it is wise to go somewhere that offers healthy choices that are tailored to fit your own taste. Fresh baked bread can be seen rising in front of your eyes as you instruct one of their sandwich artists of what ingredients you would like on your sandwich. If you do not feel like eating a cold sub, they have hot or toasted ones as well, with condiments galore! Soup is offered during the cold months, and a wall of chips will suit every fancy. Elgin subway has friendly employees, and if you eat inside you can refill your drinks at their self-serve beverage station. I would reccomend the turkey on parmesan oregano, but other options include roast beef, bologna, ham, chicken, vegetarian patty and more. For those that are watching their carbs, you can create your own salad from all of their delicious ingredients on hand. They also can take any sandwich that you choose and make it into a wrap using a tortilla. I like subway because you can see your food being made in front of you, and you are in control of how much of each ingredient goes onto your sandwich, and the sandwich artists are always very receptive to your wants and needs.

We called this service on a wed. night and they came out the next day and gave us a price that they stood by. They were cleaning our house on Sat. and we were very impressed with the level of cleaning that they did.

The Scrapbook Lodge has everything you could possibly need to complete your scrapbooks. They also sell supplies for card making and other crafts along similar lines. The amount of papers and stickers available is almost overwhelming, but you will find what you are looking for. Their cropping space is huge and you never feel crowded. The have all night crops for the diehards or six hour ones for those who need sleep. They also offer classes for a nominal fee, but sometimes have free make and takes. Call them for more info about it.
