When Ivar was around he would never allow the service to be so sub standard. The management style of Ivar's, is one where there is no concern for anything but profits. Very over priced, poor quality food, very restricted menu, small portions. unclean facilitys and dining area. Managements attitude is that if you do not like it, find some where else to eat.
