I have gone there off and on for years and love it! Not gourmet nor organic, nor fancy, just good old-fashioned cooking. Love the breakfasts and my favorite sandwich, the Monte Cristo! The coffee could be a little stronger, but I go there for my favorites, not the coffee. Worth a try if you aren't into being 'enlightened'. Decent service, it is clean and they don't rush you. Sometimes a little too laid back if you are in a hurry. Only once over the years have I been unhappy with the service and the long wait for our food. That is a pretty good record.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years and the breakfasts have been great. Nice start to a weekend and I seem to get good service. Dinners are not the best but for a diner you cannot expect that much anyways. If you are in Edmonds it is worth checking out.
