Went with another couple and ordered marguerites. Waiter told us a pitcher would be a better deal so we order that. For $33 dollars, I would expect to get at least 5 or 6 drinks from a pitcher. It barely filled up 4 glasses since it was mostly ice. Very little alcohol. Extremely overpriced watered-down drinks.
Food was worse than just about anything that I could get at any other chain Mexican restaurant in town, except that the other restaurants would at least cook everything. The Arroz con Pollo contained pieces of nearly raw chicken with pieces of overcooked chicken. Very disappointing not to mention unhealthy. The county health inspector should visit this place and close it down.
Also agree with another comment that the people are stingy with inexpensive things like chips and salsa. Inhospitable and petty. Overall, one of the worst places I've been to in Edmonds.

Las Brisas is hands down the best Mexican food in Edmonds. I lived in Arizona for 23 years and ate many an authentic Mexican meal. After moving to Edmonds and trying El Puerto, I felt like I was doomed to only eat bad Mexican food during my time in Washington. Luckily, my wife and I tried Las Brisas. The food is on par with the best Mexican food I have ever eaten. The portions are just the right size (for healthy Americans), and the flavors are great. If you want to eat imitation Mexican food, with meats drenched in unseasoned tomato sauce, then spend your money at El Puerto. But if you want really, really good food, go to Las Brisas!

Tonight was the first time our family of four ate here. They give you
only enough chips and salsa for half your party, and then they don't
want to bring you any more. I ordered shrimp fajitas, which came
with only six shrimp and three small tortillas. When I asked for
more fajitas they said I would have to pay for them. At $16 this
seemed ridiculous to me. I have never had another Mexican
restaurant charge you for enough fajitas to eat your meal. The food
tasted good, there just wasn't enough of it.

I used to love Mexican food, but then something happened and I stopped getting that craving. However, Las Brisas is the one mexican place that calls my name pretty regularly. I adore the carne asada and the pollo a parilla. Both are delicious. The location is obviously a touch off the beaten path. But, that shouldn't stop you from seeking it out.

I agree with the other reviewer of this restaurant, do not let the strip mall location deter you from eating at Las Brisas. The food is great. I had seafood enchiladas (which I order a lot of places) that were fresh and melted in my mouth. I love Mexican food and this is definitely a place I would go back to.

Las Brisas is a family owned restaurant located in an Edmond's business park/strip mall. But don't let the location fool you, this is a full-size restaurant offering delicious food, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. The restuarant is very kid-friendly, but it does not feel like a "kid's place." That is, it is a nice atmosphere for those on dates or other quieter pursuits. The dining room boasts a fire place and comfortable booth seating (as well as some tables). Chips, salsa and a jug of water are delivered to each table. Servers are attentive. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience.
