I've tried several Korean restaurants and this one tops the chart. It's most famous for their tofu soup but the meat dishes are top notched. Dishes to try tofu draft soup, kalbi and bulgogi. The soup can be very spicy!! The biggest drawback is the service and sometimes they have problems comprehending English.

We were invited to dinner a few years ago to this small Korean restaurant. It is extremely busy and it doesn’t take reservations. We waited more than an hour to be seated, but it was worth the wait. The soft tofu soup which is a must have is awesome. The prices are on the low end of average Korean food. And, do not expect great service from the wait staff. I would only suggest going for great food, but probably can save some money on tips.

This is the best Korean restaurant in the Seattle area. Most of my friends would drive from all over town to have the popular tofu soup. Another favorite of mine is the seafood pancake. However, service sucks!!! It would take many requests before getting water refilled, extra napkins or anything that you may need. I choose to just go up to the counter and self served. Also, I would not recommend going on a hot summer day, its practically...a heat stove.

They are famous for their (homemade?) soft TOFU hot soup. The tofu is so soft that melts in your mouth literally and the soup will do everything for you especially in cold winter. However, being a popular and busy Korean restaurant, you might occasionally have to ask the same thing twice to the wait person. Or you could just help yourself like my friend did when she needed extra table setting and a glass. Everything is quite reasonably priced.

Hosoonyi is the best Korean restaurant in the area that I am aware of. Most Asian people tend to love it. I especially like their Korean-style seafood pancakes. There is a mix of regular tables, and low tables that you can sit on the floor and eat at. It can get busy and crowded at times, though.
