I went there for a lunch date with a friend. While the food as good for the price, the management was just plain mean to the staff. I listened while THE OWNER, who seconds as a bartender/server, loudly belittled our server until she was close to tears. From what I could hear (which was everything) the issue didn't have anything to do with work! When our server returned to our table, red faced, SHE apologized for the scene. When we asked who appeared to be a regular, what the issue was, we got an earful. The bartender/server doesn't like women, her husband/cook is an angry cheap man, and their marital issues are repeatedly brought to work. How do they keep staff? Let alone customers? I'll never go back. I like my lunch served without the side of awkward situation...

The atmosphere might fool you, very casual and understated. When my food came the presentation immediately caught my attention, and I ONLY ORDERED A BURGER! The taste and way in which my food was served really left an impression on me, so much so that I have been back many times. Have drinks at the bar or just sit for a meal, they also offer Free WiFi.…. I have yet to try The Burger Challenge, finish in 30min and it's FREE. (3lb. burger, 1/2lb. of Crispy Fries and a 1/2 Gallon of Soda.

I've been to this place three times now since it reopened last month (Aug. 2006) and have had delicious food and great service each time. I can personally recommend the crispy chicken burger, cheeseburger and blue cheese bacon burgers. All are served on a very tasty chewy foccacia roll. The fries are very good and the potato salad is creamy and delicious. Be sure to stop by there for Monday madness when all burgers are 1/2 price!

I had a great wedge of lettuce salads one of the first times we ate dinner here. The last time we were back, just for drinks, they had partially remodeled the place and the waitress didn't know her drinks. Could be a great spot, but they just don't cut it.
