My buddy and I brewed a batch here. They have a HUGE list of different kinds of beer to brew. The list also give an idea of what it taste like and compares to other beers. It takes a few hours to brew you're batch and while you are doing it you can enjoy some of their beers on tap. After you're batch is brewed you come back in two weeks to bottle it. It takes time to bottle, but is fun. You can also take it home as a keg for a party. Everyone should try this place out. They even have wine!! Not to spendy, and you get a great amount of beer to share with family and friends. One more thing... The employees are fun and give you detailed information on the process. Great educational experience. You will never drink that Bud or coors again!!!

Gallagher's is a great spot that only a few locals seem to know about. (unless you're seriously into brewing). You can choose from a binder-full of your favorite beer recipes and spend the next 2 hours measuring hops, barley, and malt. All while you sip a pint of one of 5 or so taps they've recently brewed.
They are also set up for you to make wine, hard cider, or rootbeer. Dennis, the owner, encourages you to bring in your kids as the help keep things "balanced".
Dennis likes things simple and the way they are and isn't too willing to upgrade the interior for now.
