I have visited the rear adix a few times they don't feed very much you need to be specific or just supply your own food coz if your dog or cat does not like the food they don't care and don't tell u I was there when one women was very upset her dog had lost weight it is very confining and LET ME TEll you they SAY that they exercise the animals often. so I drive by there and I NEVER sEE THEM exercising the animals. the staff act as if they HAVE to work there and I have actually seen them upset and annoyed by the animals there !!!! it is not a healthy place for your pets their price may be right or it may appear clean but look at all the cages. and places they have for the dogs and cats don't use the! more

Lost dog 1/6/2011

I lost my dog over New Year's Eve. Called and told Kristen about her being lost. She said she would keep an eye open and watch for her. She called me today to say a woman brought in a flyer, having found a dog. Kristin called me and said it might be my dog It was! Kudos to Adix's and Kristin for taking care of their customers and going the extra mile to help me find my dog. Thank you!! Have been using services at Adix's for over 10 yrs and they are the best!!! more

Great Place 12/27/2009

Adix's is a great place to leave your pet. They are trustworthy, friendly, and they care about your pet. Anyone complaining about them just shows how uneducated they are. If you don't check out a place before you leave your pet(and family member) there, and then it is not perfect, whose fault is it really? As far as having weird policies, or hours, well everyone can't be available 24/7! Policies are put in place because there is always one bad apple to ruin it for everyone. If you don't like the hours, the people, or the policies, I'm sure there are other kennels. But,if you love your pet, and want them to be safe, and cared for, then leave them with the staff at Adix's Bed and Bath because they really are the BEST!!!! more

Disgusted 3/1/2009

This venue was absolutely horrible! First you will be overwhelmed by the scent of urine upon your arrival, you will be charged for non-agreed upon services and you will be lucky if your dog is scratch free upon pickup. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

clean and convenient (for us) but goofy hours 5/23/2006

We leave our dog here when we head out of town. It's conveniently located for us, clean and has competitive pricing. I'm always put off by their hours, though. They have a policy that you can only pick up between 9-10am or else you get charged for another day. I always find this hard to do since I work, but alas, that's their policy. more
