We waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru for our ice cream and nobody apologized or explained why we had to wait so long. I don't care if someone called in sick or everyone called in sick, the least they could do is acknowledge the problem and APOLOGIZE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. Also, there were only 4 workers on a hot, very busy weekend night and only one of them was working the drive-thru window and once we FINALLY reached the window, all the workers ignored us totally (except to take our money, of course). They were moving slower than that turtles on the Comcast TV advertisements, and didn't seem to care if we all waited all night long. Very rude and unprofessional. Never going back. We'll go to McDonald's for hot fudge sundaes from now on.
