North Park Heating, (206) 365-1414 Remember the crazy cold snap we had? Well after a bad experience with Southwest Heating, I called these guys, little did I know, the Owner was answering the phone. He put me on hold while he attempted to find someone who had time to schedule me. A woman came on the line a few minutes later apologizing for the wait and indicated they were still looking for someone to assist - found out later the wife of the owner. Next, the Service Manager Eric was scheduled to see me. Nice man. He called and kept me informed as to where he was and how long it would take him. The coordinating worked great. He was polite courteous and very friendly. He didn't over charge me and was very informative as to the work he performed. I would highly recommend them for your next Heating need.
