Thanks for the fantastic service!! I called for fire damage and someone was out to my house within a day. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. Chermak seemed genuine at the start. After the work was started work became sporatic. Very little of the provisions of the contract were followed. Our front yard is still damaged were the dumpster was placed. The lead carpenter was rude to my wife, who is in a wheelchair. Mr. Chermak himself, yelled at us over the telephone, because our insurance agent wanted us moved from a hotel back into our house when work was not progressing. Almost a year now, Chermak collected final payment and left thousands of dollars of contracted work unfinished. Then told the attorney general " they thought they were done." They told our mortgage company they would cash us out for work not done, when they collected the final payment. I would steer clear of this company. I would not pay until work was finished entirely, We are still waiting the return of several thousands of dollars. Cons: seem genuine, ripped off in the end,
