I placed an order for bed rails / safety rails for my sister. I was originally told by an overseas customer service representative that it would ship in 7-10 days. I called to check on the order after 7 days and was told that it was already shipped . after the allotted time for shipment expired I called again. I was then told it would be 4-6 weeks. Obviously unprofessional and uneducated customer service representatives. more

I recently went online to order a back/posture brace from Dr Leonards & charged it to one of my credit cards..Yesterday I recieved a call call asking me about my purchase & wanting to inform me of their identity theft fraud protection program, which I immediatley told her I was not interested in, she said well the had an envelope on the way to be with 4 $10.00 vouchers to be used towards any purchase from either Dr. Leonard or Carol Wright and the identity free membership would be included & if I did not want it I had so many days to call & cancel, then if not I would be billed on my credit card #### for the monthly amount of $$$...I became furious and said why do you even have this credit card number & no I do not want this program & that they better not charge me for one iota of anything that I have not requested...I'm livid that for some company with all of the secure features they post on their sites allowed this to happen...I personally called the home office this morning & repeated the above, they assured me that she did not charge me for this Identity program & today they removed my credit information from their site...plus will not call me anymore...BEAWARE OF THIS TYPE OF UNSOLICITED OFFERS GETTING BY YOU WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE!!!! more

I suggested this place to a friend and she was thrilled with it. She found herself pregnant and alone with no health insurance. She was still able to get the prenatal care and vitamins that she needed in order to ensure a healthy baby. With their help everything went well and she has a healthy baby boy. I took her to all of her appointments here and everyone was always very nice to us. more
