For those of you who live near Lake Lansing and Abbott you surely will get a membership at EL Video. The store only carries DVD’s (well I think they carry literally about twenty or so VHS tapes)... More
For those of you who live near Lake Lansing and Abbott you surely will get a membership at EL Video. The store only carries DVD’s (well I think they carry literally about twenty or so VHS tapes) and all rentals are for just three dollars and fifty cents. The price is of course lower than both Hollywood and Blockbuster so that’s good. The only shady thing is that they literally photocopy your credit card and have very lax security protocols (very distressing in my opinion).

E.L. video, good place for a fast rental. The staff seems really nice. The selection is nearly all DVD right now. They have a ton of classics but they keep the new movies as new releases forever.... More
E.L. video, good place for a fast rental. The staff seems really nice. The selection is nearly all DVD right now. They have a ton of classics but they keep the new movies as new releases forever. The place seems always clean. They serve you quickly. I would recommend this as a great alternative to the other places.

Hey, what is there to say about a local video store? This video store is nicely maintained and reasonably priced.
The selection is as expected and if you are in the area, I do recommend going to EL video vs. the large national chain down the street.
You will have a better experience.
