This place is the best; the burgers are huge and good luck eating all the fries. When we were in school at State we used this place as the after exams decompression headquarters. We would get a bucket of beer, that is right a 5 gallon bucket, half full and drink the studying blues away. Absolutely awesome..

Crunchy's, one of the dive bars in East Lansing has great specials, and is the only place that I know of where you can get "buckets of beer". On Monday's they have Burger Bash, which is $1.25 burgers, and $2.00 Mugs of Miller Lite. The server's are very friendly, but some may be a little less than impressed with the decor - Even the entrance is in a very narrow alley way between two buildings.
Pros: Burgerbash, Friendly Servers, Patio
Cons: Atmosphere, Small Size, Limited # of Servers

Over time, I've learned that if a restaurant has a specialty, and I don't order that specialty, I will be disappointed. Now I don't know that that is the case with Crunchy's, cuz I only order burgers when I go there. I have heard other people complain about what they have had there, but I've never been disappointed with the burgers. The place is tiny, but the burgers are huge.
