This is an institution at Michigan State University. It is popular all year around but especially during the spring term and football season. It's fun to sit outside and watch everyone by down Grand River Avenue. The inside is rather dark but it's an old bar, expect nothing else. There are fun old pinball games to play. The last time I was in there the service was slow but they were really, really busy!!

If you’re looking for food, I’d suggest another joint for that. But if you’re looking for a fun bar, then you’ve come to a good place. Of course, as the name implies, you can get a bucket of peanuts to much on while hanging out here. The beer selection is decent (nothing bad, but not a superior selection either. . . just the staples). The hamburgers are actually pretty good as opposed to the balance of the menu. This is a classic hang out joint for MSU students.

This is an institution at Michigan State University. It is popular all year around but especially during the spring term and football season. If you’re looking for food, I’d suggest another joint for that. But if you’re looking for a fun bar, then you’ve come to a good place.
