If you are looking for professional quality photos for a reasonable price, do not use Yankee Photography. A family friend recommended her to me and I was impressed by the work in her studio, however the photographer failed to mention it came with an outrageous price. What you think you are getting and what the end result are, are completely different. I paid $1500 for what I thought was 10 hours of her time, 1,000 photos, a DVD of the photos and quality enhanced photos, however, she didn’t take the time to crop the photos, take out red eyes, position the wedding party so that everyone flowed well together, didn’t make any of the pictures unique and about half my pictures were duplicates. If you want a day to remember, take my advice and find a different photographer. Contact me with any questions.

They did an excellent job repairing a dress for me. The dress was satin and had ripped at the seam where the sash attached. They fixed it in two days, and the repair is invisible. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

This is the dry cleaner to go to because they can do alterations as well. It is so nice to get the perfect garment back fixed and clean. They do a great job. Quick turn around time. I really like this place. Worth the drive even if it is out of your way. Pretty good prices.

They always offer great service. The quality of their work is very good and i wouldnt think of going to another place to get my things cleaned. They offer very fast service for a very reasonable price. Im always very happy with the end result of their work. They seem to be really the best cleaners around.

With this store located in East Lansing it makes it convenient to campus. They've a wide selection of products, too. I'd recommend getting acquainted with the items available. They may be just what you need soon. The prices are right for drug store merchandise.

I like Rite Aids in general, but this one is not very nice. it seems to be a really old one and feels dingy and old inside. I prefer the newer ones, like the one in Frandor. But i guess this has all what you need from a drugstore, so it works just fine. Its a good place to pick up a last minute card or for a quick candy fix.

This place can be quite expensive for a dry cleaner. Shop around before you take your stuff to them. The bill can get very large very fast. There are other dry cleaners in town that have much better prices especially in east lansing and Okemos. The dry cleaner on lake lansing is much faster and less expensive.

Donating plasma (for those not familiar, part of your blood that is easily replaced), while not pleasant, is easy & can earn you a good amount of money per session.
Aventis is as good as any. You may have to wait, and it's not pleasant sitting with your arm hooked up to what amounts to a blood-plasma-extracting machine, but it's easy enough and if you don't mind the thought, can earn you some extra money.
I myself only donated once or twice due to being a little uneasy having myself hooked up, but YMMV.
