Yes, they have a wide selection of bicycles and accessories. Too bad customers can't choose who waits on them. Many of the staff act like they could care less about the customer - a store where I feel like I'm bothering the salesperson. For example, one eating lunch at register counter, pointing in direction of goods in ?, one with an attitude and not helpful when asked advice. Yet I witnessed another customer getting good help/advice from a salesman. I left without a purchase and won't go back there.

The have a large selection of bikes from high end bikes to just something you want to ride around campus. Also they have very fast and afordable repairs on bikes, and all the the parts and accesories you could use. Staff is very nice and their is never anything they wont help you with.

I used to live in a town that was much more into bikes so this place seems a little lacking but for the location (mid Michigan) it is a pretty good bike shop. The location of this store is good. They have a nice staff. They have basically everything you need. The are a little pricey but that can be expected from a bike store that only sells one product.

Velocipede is located right on Grand River, not far from MSU's campus. They have a large selection of middle to high end mountain and road bikes, as well as some specialty bikes. They have a good selection of parts and accessories, although the shopping/purchasing experience can somewhat be hampered by the often unfriendly and unhelpful staff.

While I did find this store to be on the pricey side, the selection was stupendous. There are many styles and brands of both bicycles and bicycle accessories in stock. In addition, the staff was so thoroughly knowledgeable, it is easy to leave feeling confident that you got just the right bike for your individual needs -- nothing more -- nothing less. This store also offers bike repair services as well as general maintenance care. We have used them for seasonal maintenance and they did a nice job and were quick to get out bikes back to us. I will be back for sure!
