Vaguely Reminiscent is the most narrow store I have ever shopped in! But boy am I glad I could sandwich myself in between the clothes, shoes, purses, baby gifts and jewelry. I found the best little earings for gifts and could have spent ages looking at all the little odds and ends that are available in this store. The sales clerks are very helpful and will hold your packages behind the counter while you shop (this is probably more so you're not knocking stuff off the aisles as we squeeze past other shoppers.) I thought this was a fun little place (emphasis on little) and could have done a lot my holidy shopping if I'd had the time!

Cozy is a wonderful little place with beautiful jewelry, unique gifts, great pocketbooks, and an awesome selection of Dansko shoes. I am amazed no one else has mentioned this since they have a huge selection for such a little place!
I love visiting ninth street just to check out their latest selection of Dansko's and if you are lucky....you may even catch them on sale.....which is typically unheard of.

Thrift World of Durham is quite unlike any other thrift store I've been to. Aside from its large size, it carries more stock than other shops of its kind. Here the shopper will find rows among rows of gently used clothing, furniture, books (all of which are just 50 cents each), CDs, DVDs, VHS, dolls, plush animals, toys, houseware, shoes, and LPs (among lots of other things). Everything is extremely reasonably priced, and there's always a treasure to be found! In addition, there is a different sale every day of the week. I recently shopped on Ladies' Day, whereon all ladies' clothing and shoes are 50% off. I was in the market for a suit, and I found a brand new two piece suit in my size that ended up costing me only $4.50!! Hours for this amazing store are Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 9am-6pm, and Sun 12-5.

Baby Bear is a retailer that caters to children's clothing that has been used and then resold at a discount. The quality of the clothing is usually good, I have not seen anything with large rips or stains etc... I will occasionally find items I like here however sometimes there is nothing that catches my eye. The store is not large so it does not take too long to shop here.

I have been shopping here for years, and it's still my favorite store in the mall. The salespeople actually try to help you out, rather than ignoring you like at other stores. If I feel like browsing they will leave me alone, but if I need to buy something they are very attentive and actually make sure I have the right sizes and help match things. Much better than some of the other stores in the mall where people just can't be bothered if I need help. Great place to get clothes for work, their suits are really well made and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for an upscale line.
Pros: Salespeople, GREAT clothes
Cons: 14-day return policy (although, it IS clearly written on the receipt)

Old Navy is my absolute FAVORITE store... Not only do they have great clothes, but the prices are UNBEATABLE! Where else, aside from thrift stores, can you find great, vintage looking jeans for under $30, sometimes $20?!?! NOWHERE! and the staff is friendly, and there are stores in almost every medium-to large city, so that makes it convient for almost anyone! The other great thing is they offer larger sizes than your typical size 0-6 store.. they have their womens jeans up to a 20 and their mens up to a 44 or a 46.. How awesome is that? I highly recommend Old Navy to anyone looking to add to or change their closet contents!
Pros: Great Value, Wide variety, friendly staff
Cons: crowded on weekends

This is a really fun place to shop; I have been going there for years and I can always count on them for something fun for gifts and they have great clothes! Nice customer service as well. Wish they were a teensy bit bigger, but then maybe it wouldn't be so much fund to poke around!

I love this store they have handbags, shoes, jewelry and clothes. Really good prices also. My friend bought an outfit from here to wear to a party and it was so cute I had to go. I love all the different colors and they also have a plus size section.
