I recommend this company. They were fast, efficient and friendly. I saw they had good and bad reviews on this site and I just wanted to advise anyone reading these reviews to cross reference this with the Better Business Burea report. They actually investigate complaints and determine if they are valid all you have here is a place for people to vent, it has its uses but the Better Business Burea is a better source for legitimate company history. I checked their Better Business Burea status and it was in good standing. Do your homework and find out what you are getting. I did and I found a deal.

This was my first time visiting Hakky Shoe Repair so it was a little difficult to find. But I called the shop and he gave me perfect directions. I was expecting to leave my shoes for a day or two and braced myself for the price. I was unsure if it would be worth the money to fix or should I just buy a new pair. Not only was he very friendly and polite, he fixed my shoes on the spot, buffed them, and I was there less than 5 minutes. And at $7.13 total, how could you go wrong. Five stars for sure!
Pros: Quick, efficient, friendly and affordable service
Cons: A little difficult to locate for a first timer.

I am getting back into running, so I was looking for input as to the best type of shoe to purchase. I have wide feet, so it's often difficult to find shoes that fit well. I walked in, and immediately was greeted by both associates working. The associate helping me measured my feet, and then told me which shoe he recommended and why it's best for my needs. He was absolutely correct, and I was very impressed! Best shoe shopping experience I've ever had! I highly recommend the store :)

No matter what size shoe you wear you can always find a show that fits just right @ shoe carnival i always find nice shoes there .The pple there always are nice and helpful and the shoes are always on sale for at least one size of shoes in your household
