Like my previous post, this is a review of the service, not this store. While Verizon does have a some nice features like Verizon In, they are a company that is out there strictly for themselves and don't hide that fact. When I was a customer they charged extra if you wanted a detailed print-out of your bill, which you need because they often add charges here and there. I have also repeatedly found besides the constant errors unfriendly customer service representatives. They are rude and brusk and truly, truly unhelpful. So while it may seem like you could save a few bucks, it is not worth the sacrifice.
