I made an appointment for a simple teeth cleaning and they tried to tell me I needed nearly two thousand dollars in gum work and replacing my white fillings. They wanted to charge $60 out of pocket for a cancer screening and I am only in my 20s! Do not use this facility or most likely any dental works.

All I wanted to do was get my teeth cleaned. So I made an appointment saying I would like to have my teeth cleaned. but, for some reason after I get there they tell me that they don't like to clean teeth during the first visit. But then told me I needed a lot of work on my gums. Costly me $620.00 out of pocket that day. Mined you I have 2,000 in insurance. But I paid them the 620 and on the following 2 visits I have to pay them more money off of pocket totaling 415. So, after my insurance paid 2,000 I still had to pay 1,000 out of pocket. Total BS

didn't leave me sitting in the waiting room forever, assessed my situation and were very nice and caring. the dentist herself is great too, i felt no pain during a root canal. her assistant (a young guy) was kind of annoying, but still careful and thorough.
i've had a lot of work done there, and never had any problems or been disappointed.

I have been going to this office for several years now. All the staff is so nice. They make you feel very comfortable. I had an experience recently where my dental insurance had recently been changed. They accidentally filed with the old insurance, but as soon as I contacted them, I was assured that they would file with my new insurance immediately. I am so glad that I do not need to file the claims myself. I hope they don't read this, but everytime I leave after an appointment I had straight to Cook Out for a milkshake! (They are located nearby in the shoping center)
