When I have guests from out of town, my agenda for their visit always includes a trip to The Meadows for frozen custard and treats. The Meadows has a unique custard that is creamier and more buttery than anything I've tasted elsewhere. They always feature chocolate and vanilla as well as a flavor of the day (Butter Pecan and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup are among the best) In addition to a standard cone or cup, you can get a number of specialty treats including a Black Cow or an Orange Fluff. The Meadows is open year round and there is an indoor seating area, which is great for very hot or cold weather. There is also a mini-golf course, arcade, and batting cages to entertain during your visit. It's a great place to have a special treat!
