I was kicked out of this property due to me complaining too much..My husband was in a motorcycle accident and was in a comma for 2 months, and needed the bars in the bathroom to be in a certain way..the only room that was available when we checked in had the bars on the wrong side of the commode. We told them that we would make due until a room came available that had the bars on the correct side. That never happened. The Maintenance man said he can fix the bathroom to where my husband can use it. So we stayed. But when he came to look at it he said that he needed some parts and that he would be back. That never happened. We were not even given a courtesy call to let us know the man left town and went to Florida. We found this out on Monday, when we yet again started complaining about not getting any type of notification about the maintenance man leaving. Then they made a reservation with another property 7 miles away from where I need to be and they oked the amount of the room which was almost double of what I was paying at their hotel. Plus they would not give me back my pet deposit since they were making me leave and not me leaving on my own. I really hope that future Platinum Members do not complain about anything at this hotel, or you will get kicked out.
