I would say that Regal here is the best location for entertainment. Not just for movies, but everything is include in Medlock Crossing Mall.
It's one of the best movie theater I have ever been too, it's so big that you won't probably go to all the screens yet.

My family is new to the area, and we passed Venture Cinemas many times and passed on it assuming it would be run down and dirty. We were wrong
My brother is a youth pastor, and he often takes his youth group there because the movies are so cheap and affordable for young kids. My husband and I attended a movie with them one Saturday, and we were so impressed. Granted, the theater is not brand new, but it is clean and presentable, and it's easy on the pocketbook. There is always a large selection of movies to choose from, and they are not old at all.
Because life is so busy, we have trouble finding time to watch movies when they are first released. We have discovered that if it is not an action packed movie that needs a high definition sound system for maximum enjoyment, then we do better to wait a couple of weeks to catch the movie at Venture for only a buck. The popcorn is great, and there are lots of video games for kids to play while waiting. We have also discovered that some nights the Venture Cinema is quite a happening spot with a very diverse crowd, (not just young kids). Venture Cinemas is a perfect deal for a movie out without all the expense. 5 stars for the value and variety!

This place is pretty fun. The courses are somewhat boring after you go there for too long. Also, the location is quite strange, bordering a major highway. However, it's one of the few mini golf places in the area. Overall, it's a pretty fun place for kids of all ages. The prices aren't too ridiculous either. It's a nice place, somewhat run down and old, but still fun for the kids.

CD Warehouse is a used CD and DVD store that only accepts high-quality used merchandise. The 7 or 8 dollar price tag may seem high on a used CD, but you always have a quality guarantee. The store is organized in a easy-to-navigate fashion, and the people behind the counter know their music. They buy your CDs back for about three dollars per album, a good deal in comparison with most other stores, and they pay in cash, not in store credit. You'll probably end up spending that cash in the store anyways, with their wide variety of selections. They do sell new CDs at reasonable prices, if you want to sell back your albums but are not interested in other people's used ones.

Since the Children's Arts Museum is close to our house, we get to go there a lot. I'm really glad about that. One of the first things you notice when you go in is the purple-and-white checkerboard floor. It's really cool looking. There is lots of stuff to do here. You can make clay things in a ceramic studio, put on shows in the puppet theater, lots of hands-on exhibitions and kaleidoscopes. My granny really likes kaleidoscopes. Even the gift shop is cool - it has the back of a real school bus and a toy giraffe that is as big as a real one.

The great thing about this golf center is the all about family. They have great prices for kids and adults. The golf shooting range is covered so you won't get overheated or rained on. The kids love to just go and hit balls. They have golf lessons available as well. They also have putt-putt golf if you preferred that. This golf center is nice and clean. The people who work them are also friendly.

This is an asian karaoke place. for those who arent familiar with it, you pay around 20 bucks an hour to rent a room. this room is obviously equipped with a karaoke system. you can bring as many people as want, or atleast however many can fit into the room so it is not too expensive. they have food and drinks there, which they will bring to your room. even though it is asian, they have a huge collection of american songs as well. so you and your friends can sing your heart out and act silly and party in the privacy of the room that you rent. it is a lot of fun... just try it. and again, it is a cheap way to spend a friday night.

This is one place my kids are NEVER bored. Situated on 30 acres, the Southeastern Railway Museum consists of all kinds of historic train cars. Many different cars are on display (I think about 90) and you can get a ride in a restored train car. Think about going to the annual Railfair in September. We've gone twice and have had an enjoyable day both times.
