Good: Store #56 in Duluth and the Customer service is excellent, and the manager,Alex Johnson is a fabulous manager and has always tried to help me.I feel she deserves some recognition from Ulta Corporate as she certainly deserves it. You are very fortunate to have such a great staff there, especially Alex.. Bad: Nothing. Everything has always been wonderful and I have nothing but good things to say.. Improvements: Everything is set up well and there is nothing I can see that needs to be improved upon.. Other: Thanks for hiring such a wonderful person to manager your Ulta #56 store.

I went to Ulta to buy some Murad skin care because they had a coupon in the paper and were having a special where you received a discount on future purchases. I was assured by the sales girl that the coupons would work on future Murad purchases and bought my products. However, when I went to use the coupons, I was told the Murad was a 'prestige cosmetic' which was excluded. I explained that Murad was not a cosmetic but was skin care which is a separate category. They refused. I was so angry I have refused to shop there again.
