I had gone to probably 8 dealers that day, and the salesman over at Atlanta Toyota was WONDERFUL. He came back with a price that I wanted in 10 minutes. .. while I was still settling in and thinking it waas going to take a half hour. . .i hadn't even opened my drink. H. Louis was so enthusastic about it he made me even more excited about owning a new celica than i already was! A great experience for me, a first time car buyer! I had even called him after the sale to ask a few questions and he actually called me back to answer them.
Pros: friendly, fast, respectful
Cons: more of a deal!

I have used Big 10 Tires in general for over 5 years, but this is the original location that I went to to purchase my set of tires. The reason why I went to this location was that I was in the Duluth area on my way to Harry's Farmer's Market and decided to stop here for tire service as my tires were worn. Upon doing this, this location did an inspection of my brakes which to this day I find disturbing to some degree since I have gone to another repair service for additional repairs on my vehicle. I've come to believe unfortunately that the brakes that were replaced did not really have the significant wear and tear upon them that were described to me upon this visit. Regardless because of that time, I was in need of having a reliable vehicle for a very long trip, I consented to the repairs, but again, I am suspect as to whether or not they were actually needed at that time. However, regardless of that fact, this one location has also changed my oil and has balanced my tires, with good professionalism that I can not give them a totally negative rating. In my opinion, if this business suggests that you need additional repairs done on your vehicle, I would highly recommend that you get a second opinion. Otherwise for tires and oil changes, this particular location of Big 10 Tires will suit your needs.
PROS: Good Tire Prices, and Oil Changes

If it rains, or if your car gets dirty for any reason, you can get a free exterior wash within 72 hours of the original wash. We have been very satisfied with Carnett's.
