I used to really like the place, but one day I made a grave mistake and booked my new puppy for a play date. My pup has all her vaccinations but they didnt like that the vet hand wrote them without expiration dates (they expire in a year like everyone knows) and wouldnt honor my reservation, A female employee named Zoey was really rude with us. We have 4 dogs and 2 cats- we buy a lot of items-but we wont be getting it from Petsmart. Customer lost!! more

cute dog treats 9/15/2005

I like this store, they have a big selection, and usually the staff is friendly, but every once in a while you get a kid with an attitude. My favorite thing is that they have a dog treat bar set up. You just pick all the fun treats you want and bag them up. They have things that look like cookies, donuts, pretzels, etc. it's very cute. more
