Good: Nothing about this place was likeable. Bad: The owners Thom and NIKKI, they are both con artists, they thrift things and then don't pay the owners, they claim to order toys for you but never do, the tell you something is a certain size and it's not, oh and the place reaks of cig. smoke ALL THE TIME. Improvements: No more smoking inside would be nice and Thom stop being a racist right wing fruit cake.

This store is cute. It's smaller than normal ones and it makes it easier to get to know people. (That's how you get the special editons and special orders for yourself.) I don't like to talk comics but seems like the people there are always goin at it. I pick up some comics for my boyfriends, not really into it myself. But when I do go lookin around, this is one the first places I go to.

The closest comic store to my school (Widener University) is called Cool Stuff comics. While smaller than the comic shops in malls or in center city, the size is actually a benefit. The owner, Thom, and his employees are always up for discussions about comics or comic news, as are most of the other customers. Everyone knows each other, and even if they don't know you yet, it's hard not to strike up conversations with them. The customer service is excellent and the discounts you can get from being a subscriber make this by far the best shop I've ever been at.
