24,000 square feet -- now that's a fitness center. In addition to Mike's state-of-the-art "gym", Mike's offers a separate workout area for women, private aerobics room, a babysitting service, and a juice and power shake bar. both men's and women's locker rooms feature steam rooms. Perhaps best of all is the FREE fitness instruction. Mike's is a great place to work out with people who share the same goals.
