My husband and I tried out this restaurant for our first anniversary and had a very good experience. Not knowing much about the restaurant we didn't know what to expect. You start at the salad bar, not many choices but that really wasn't a problem for us because of everything else offered. Than gaucho chefs travel with 15 types of meat and carve it for you right at the table. Service was excellent - they keep mashed potatoes and fried bananas fresh at your table; meat servers always traveling around. A little pricey for us. Dessert tray also delicious. One flat fee for all not including drinks or dessert.

This is an great place for meat lovers to try. There are only a few places like this in Chicaago where you can get a great meat and as much of it as you would like all in one sitting. There are plenty of different things to try here and it is all super delicious and fresh. There are even some things in the buffet that they will prepare for you as you watch. The atmosphere and service here are great. Ture, you'll feel the hit to your pocket after dining here, but you will agree that this place is definitely worth it!
