The restaurant gets really busy at night, so the waiters might seem rude, but try and ignore them so it doesn't ruin your meal. They have a lot of different Chinese dishes & I've liked all the ones I've tried so far!

My family was actually waiting for the Japanese restaurant close-by, but we lost our patience after 30 minutes. Thus, I took my children to find another restaurant. Suddenly, we saw the sign "Chinese cuisine", so we went there to try. At first, I was hesitated as they were not very beautifully decorated. However, we really did not want to wait any longer. We ordered many dishes and all of them were above average. It really gave me a surprise as I never thought that I could eat such high-quality Chinese food in SGV east. We always think that only the SGV west area have good food, now we don't need to travel far to that side. We went back to there couple times, and my teenage daughter fell ion love with their food. She seldom praises any restaurants even the expensive one that my husband goes with us regularly.

Jade House is one of the few Chinese restaurants in the area, but it's authentic cantonese. Chow mein/ chow fun is delicious and never too oily. Once in a while, I'll pick up some meats or roast duck from the deli.
Pros: Food. Price.
