I heard the lady that brought the dog to the Shelter first lied and told the staff that the dog was part of the show. The group's manager performing that night was overheard saying that "lady" was a crazed fan who had been following the band and showing up to shows and offering them illegal medications (wink wink nudge nudge). They had brought the dog up on stage the night before because they thought it was funny.
Is it wrong to bring a dog into a music venue with extremely loud music, intoxicated people, and possible broken glass on the floor? Talk about animal cruelty!
Does everyone feel comfortable around large dogs they do not know? Obviously not by the police reactions to her dog.
Was St. Andrew's denying someone their right to basic human needs? No, this was an entertainment event not a soup kitchen. Was she within her right to come in? Sure, but why subject a dog to that type of environment?
BTW said "lady" was heard yelling she wanted the contact info for her lawyer who she stated was Allen Ginsberg (who died in 1997).

Recently my wife and I took her mother out to dinner here. Between the three of us we selected a good array of items from the menu (fish, shanks and steak). Each of us are somewhat picky when it comes to food. Atlas Global did not disappoint. We all loved it. I'd agree with another reviewer, this place is on par with best moderately priced restaurants in Chicago and San Francisco. The service was good, but not intrusive. The environment was inviting and not stuffy. Some patrons were dressed up, others were casual. Since we've gone we've told everyone we know about this place. We'll definately be back. Valet parking also made it very easy for someone not familiar with the area.

And yes it is a multimillion dollar business, maybe even billion.
The tigers have been managed by many different people but all of their work has finally paid off. The tigers are in the world series, 1 down but still they made it.
Their advertising is bring in billions of dollars not just in ticket sales and ballpark purchases but in party planning and food people are buying to watch the big game, not to mention all of the appeal that we are now buying.
It is truly a phenomenon event.

Made my first trip to Union Street. Did not have a reservation, but was seated after about 10 mins. Ordered the crab cakes for an appetizer, and they were quite good: fat with crab, rolled in panko, with a minimum of filler. The only downside was they were not made with lump meat. Entrees were meat loaf and fish & chips, with mac & cheese, baked beans, and french cream potatoes as sides. The meat loaf was fantastic, with an innovative use of ham for flavor and added moisture. The slices were generous, with great texture and taste. The gravy was wonderful, as were the potatoes. The fish & chips were simple - battered cod, cooked perfectly, with lemon and tartar on the side. Simple, basic, perfect. Fries were crisp and hot. Again, simply done right. Regrettably, we had to skip dessert, as we were too full of food, and too short of time. In brief, simple comfort food, with some innovative touches, cooked perfectly. 9.5 out of 10.
Pros: Great food, great service, great atmosphere
Cons: Parking and location are a bit dicey some times

I've been a semi-regular at the Traffic Jam for about 3 years now and have only had good overall experiences. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed and the wait staff has also been a pleasure. Sometimes the food takes a little while, but I have yet to be dissapointed by the taste. Their menu is unique and big enough to find something you'll like. I'll admit that it's nothing fancy, but the food is good, hearty, sticks to your ribs cookin' that's great after a hard day at work or for a lazy afternoon lunch.
Pros: service, parking, food, ambience
Cons: occasional waiting for food

I've heard they are well known for their burgers, but the cuisine was outstanding. We dined on the patio and had great service. We had 3 different fancy appetizers of lamb, polenta and salmon. The lamb one in particular with its asian influenced flavors was awesome. For entrees, one of my friends had a shrimp/pasta dish but my other friend and I had the chef recommendations of sea bass and scallops respectively. They were both so fresh, sweet and tender we were amazed and the sauces that accompanied our seafood dishes rocked. The french chefs have nothing on this restaurants chef. I guess the menu changes seasonally with some staples always on hand. I'm looking forward to trying the famous burgers but some of the rest of the menu items as well. Very reasonably priced and right around the block from greek town in the new Hilton Garden Inn hotel.
