Flood Squad responded within 30 minutes, extracted all the water, dried the floor and walls and billed my insurance company directly. The 2 uniformed technicians moved everything, were very careful, helpful and knowledgeable. Their quick response saved my carpet and prevented mold in the rest of the house.

Purchased furnace and ac from them years ago and have had only one problem which they immediately came out to fix at a reduced rate for senior citizens.I have recommeded Majestic to all my family and friends and recieve a little something extra in the mail when I do.Love them all, from the owners to the installers and repairmen who are knowledgeable,polite,and neat when they work.THIS COMPANY REALLY CARES FOR ITS CUSTOMERS!Highly recommend.
Pros: knowledgeable service men. Fast service. Always some kind of discount
Cons: when really hot or really cold---sometimes had to wait for a day.But worth the wait.

Received same day service, very professional and courteous. Nice to deal with an honest business. My air conditioning stopped working over the weekend and I called another company out. I was charged a lot of money (I really don't know what they did, I'm not a repair guy) and the a/c stopped working the next day. I couldn't even get in touch with the first company (didn't even return my call) and called National Heating and Cooling. They did a tremendous job fixing the unit at a reasonable rate but also took the time to talk to me, explaining what needed to be done. Now I have a magnet on the furnace and know who to call next time! Highly recommended!

6/23/09 The technician came out, stated that my central air conditioner had multiple problems and repairs would total $2,000 and should just be replaced at a cost of $2,500. He did not have a receipt book and also left a cigarette butt on my lawn.
I paid another company to come out and they stated that the fan motor was broken and would cost $240. The air conditioner is working fine now.
I contacted Mastercraft for a refund for the service call. The owner stated that the receipt (which was created after the fact, dated for the next day and without my signature) stated the condenser fan was the issue. He would not provide even a partial refund for the service call. He did offer to service my furnace in the fall. However considering the circumstances, I declined the offer.
I believe the technician tried to take advantage of me and the company, in my opinion, should not be trusted. Everything in this statement is true and I have included all of the facts. This is about principle, not $64.
