I called them once to inquire about the ability to order an FJ cruiser set up the way I wanted one, they informed me that you essentially never could, we conversed for a few minutes over getting a different one, I wasn't interested, and now they are calling me 3+ times a day at all hours trying to sell me cars I don't want. I will now never buy from them and will tell all my friends to go to any of the numerous other toyota dealerships in the area. more

From my initial contact weeks ago online with Felix, great discussions with Eric this morning and closing the deal with Chip, you have made this by far and away the most memorable sales experience I have ever had. I've been longing for an FJ Cruiser for quite some time now. I thought I had one in the bag this past October at one of your 'competing' Toyota dealerships; Little did I know how easily someone can be taken advantage of, and that there are still untrustworthy individuals lurking within the industry. I was shaken from that event, but still determined to pursue my goal of owning an FJ. Through weeks of research and hard work, Felix put up with my many questions and requests time and again to ensure that I was kept up to date on inventory and special deals. When I entered the dealership this morning, Felix was busy with a last-minute client. Rather than having to stand around waiting for assistance, Eric approached me right away, knowing full-well who I was and what my intentions were. He was absolutely phenomenal within the respect of building a quick rapport and putting me at ease with your staff and facility. We found the perfect FJ, agreed on price, submitted the app and signed papers in absolutely no time at all. They did try to sell us all the typical add-ons like paint protection, key insurance, gap insurance, LoJack etc, but I am not one who is afraid to say no, and every dealer does this. The only thing we found worth doing was the 7/100K extended warranty, because the car we bought had just come out of warranty. It did add $20/month to our payment, but we will have up to 7 years piece of mind with major parts now. more

I didn't buy my car there but they service it and do a great job. I visit maybe twice a year for oil change and tune up for my 2003 4-Runner and they have always done a good job and are fast. I also like that they are not constantly trying to sell me on stuff or purposely finding things that are wrong. I really appreciated when at my last visit the guy came over and said I wish I could find something wrong but I'd being lying to you. I liked his humor and honesty. Plus the waiting area is awesome- tv, magazines, popcorn, water, coffee, hot chocolate... far as I'm concerned my appointments don't take long enough! more

I was just in for service - but everyone I talked to was very nice. I talked to a salesperson in the showroom for a few minutes (I think his name was Robert) and he was very nice, very knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. more

My car was back in less than 30 mins, and in addition to getting the oil changed, the car had also been washed. It wasn't too expensive either - about the same as I would have paid elsewhere ($35 or so). more

I visited Mountain States Toyota for service, and I was pleasantly surprised. I needed an oil change and the guy I talked to was very diligent. He looked over my car carefully, asked me lots of questions, and when he found out I was going to be waiting for them to finish he started hustling. more

When I went into the dealership, I had my own financing, but I asked about theirs. They gave me a rate quite a bit less than what I had arranged. Through the final closing of the deal, they lowered my interest rate a bit more. If you have excellent credit, you CAN negotiate this. All the way through this process, the Mountain States internet and sales staff were the most responsive of all of the dealerships, and they actually wanted to work with me. more

In this particular car purchasing experience, we talked with 4 other dealers including Valley Nissan Subaru, Frontier Honda, Mile High Honda and Boulder Toyota. Mountain States came out shining on top for customer service, quick response, huge inventory and no-haggle pricing. They want to sell all their cars on the lot within 60 days, and I guess we got lucky finding a car that was close to its 60-day stay there. It helped that we shopped around, and we knew what our trade-in was worth. We will go to back to Mountain States when we are ready to buy a Prius, and we did test drive one there, it was SWEET! more

I am giving them five stars as a dealership to purchase from, because they got me approved with a financing deal that no one else could manage to put together. Boulder Toyota tried to sell me a horrible financing deal, and I just trust Mountain States so much more now. more
