The Museum of Nature and Science is a fantastic place to explore all they have to offer. With so much to see it is hard to fit it all in. They have a 'Discovery Zone' for kids which has an array of interactive activities which is great for hands on learning. There are little shows in the room at various times throughout the day. The shows vary and are typical about animals, music or storytelling. The wildlife exhibits are really neat. I remember going to the museum to see these as a child, and now I can bring my kids to see them. They look as if you could walk right into the habitat of these animals. It really gets your imagination going.

Don't miss it! From the animals portrayed in their natural habitats (You'll swear they are real) to the hands-on health display to the planetarium, this will engage you and your kids for an entire day. Well-laid out, bright, clean and well staffed you and your kids won't even realize it's more than a day of fun--its a learning experience. And don't forget IMAX, located in the same building. That is also a jaw-dropping experience. It gets crowded--even on weekdays with the school field trips, so plan to be patient. Strollers are permitted throughout the building and there are numerous bathroom facilities. Their gift shop is quite good and their cafe food surprisingly yummy!

The Denver Museum of Nature and Science is a great place to visit. There are 3 levels and exhibits are there in each level. The exhibits are categorized and displayed very nicely. They have a “Discovery zone” for the kids. Apart from this, they also have the “Gates Planetarium” and the “Phipps IMAX Theatre”. A visit to this place is fun as well as very educational.

The Denver Museum of Natural History has a lot to offer. They have an Imax theater and a large planetarium. They also feature the Hall of Life which is a lesson about how human life is formed and the differernt points in the human life. There is a large area of dinasours and prehistoric animals. They also have a large area with amreican indians, gems and rocks, and other animals too. This is also a great place for field trips.
