I eat at Woody's about once a week. They have the best hamburger around. I also LOVE their casadea (spelling?) and their fried fritters for dessert. Today my husband and I stopped for lunch. The poor waitress was all alone working the whole restaurant. We found out they were having a staff meeting and that is why she was alone. Our food was excellent still but understandably it took longer than usual. We couldn't believe it when we tried to pay for the meal and was told it was FREE. The whole meal was free because the time it took to get to us was longer than usual. These people are fantastic! Not only the best food around but the best management around. Thanks, Woody's!
Pros: Parking, Service, Food

We celebrated my bf's 30th birthday this Friday at Vita and it had an awesome time. We had reservations and got there early so had mojitos on the roof top and the view was amazing. Our server for dinner was wonderful, very attentive, and made great suggestions. Neither of us knew if we liked scallops so we tried the scallop app on our servers suggestion and it was absolutely delicious! Our dinners were both tasty, as well. The server heard it was my bf's birthday and gave us a comp champagne toast. The jazz music was great during dinner. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Vita and cannot wait to go back!!!!!
Pros: mojitos, atmosphere

My husband and I have gone here about 6 times on our "date" night -- it's close to home, we know we won't have to wait, and the food is terrific. The strip mall it's in at the intersection of Iliff and Peoria is nothing special, but inside the restaurant, it's dark, cozy, and we've had the same courteous and handsome waiter almost every time. The bread is great, salads are fresh, and all the seafood specials are spot on. Love the homemade desserts - their tiramisu is terrific. No complaints and we'll return again and again.
Pros: Easy parking, no waiting, terrific food, courteous service
Cons: None! It can be a bit TOO quiet, but not an issue.

We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was just amazing. All the guests raved about the food and service. Chef Wessen created a special menu just for us and it was fantastic. We've been back several times since and it has been nothing but wonderful. Don't miss the delicious boards and appetizers!
Pros: Great pizza, excellent food
Cons: You have to pay for parking, but its worth it.

In a town filled with bad Italian restaurants, this one stands out as the worst I have found. A neighborhood joint on south Federal, it is no longer owned by the founding family, which may be the problem. The one meal I had here came with a red sauce that was horrible. It tasted like it had ketchup as a base. Both of our meals were like that. We swore we would never return. Service was decent. But the food. Yuck

My husband and I eat here. Nealry each item on the menu (I haven't tried all of them - YET) is an adventure for the pallette. The taste, textures, and smells take you around the world, and leave you feeling drunk with pleasure. The Small Plates menu is perfect for anyone who wants to experience each dish, truly savor every ingredient, in perfectly appetite pleasing portions. I can't say enough. The service is spectacular; not only friendly, but welcoming - like you've just come home to a family gathering.

Everyone I had ever talked to about Tuscany and the T-bar said this place is only for special occations....Boy are they wrong. This resturant has the best food I have ever tasted in Dever and I have lived here for over 20yrs. Who new, I would go there for any reason, but mostly for the great service, beautiful room and outstand food. This is not your typical tomato sauce and pasta Italian restaurant, it is a dining experience of all regions of Italy. The wine list has a vast selection and is priced reasonably....They do have the big boys on the list if you are a consieur. They other thing I was told by others is that it is pricey...I beg to differ that the prices were in line if not more reasonable then the great eaterys in Cherry Creek that do not offer free Valet Parking!!! I also went there the other night after work and enjoyed there great happy hour with live entertainment and great drink specials! I would suggest Tuscany and or T-Bar to anyone especially if you have not been there in years!
Pros: Free Valet Parking, Being in a hotel there were people in Jeans and also Suits and all were treated the same
Cons: The dining room is intamite and fills up quickly

If you are ever in Denver and want to treat your palette to the best cup of coffee, breakfast, lunch or anything on their menu, it will have the pleasure of tasting, then head down to either of the Tuscany Coffee's at 16th and Stout (across from Denver?s south bound light rail) or 1700 Lincoln in the Wells Fargo Center (it's the cash register building). People who inquire of me about the coffee and food here I usually respond with the analogy of it is like comparing a Cadillac to a Chevy (not that Chevy?s are bad I?ve owned a few myself, it?s just an analogy) when up against any of the myriad of coffee houses, which I have been to quite a few in different cities across the country and always find myself comparing coffee, sandwiches etc., to Tuscany. The ladies and gentlemen working the shop are the best you will encounter and will make you want to return! ENJOY, I do every chance I get!
Pros: Read the review...
Cons: None really... they are not everywhere but thats why they are so good!
