There's a good chance you'll be waited on by the owner himself at this charming little Italian restaurant. Great food, satisfying portions (you'll have enough for the next day's lunch) artistically prepared and congenial but non-intrusive service make this my favorite spot for both dates and family gatherings. Don't let the unassuming exterior fool you--this place is tops and it's also reasonably priced. Full service bar, too.

It was my friends birthday on a monday and all the places she suggested were closed. So I got online and saw they are still running the 2 dine for $52.80 special on Mondays and Tuesdays (it was a promotion from 5280 Magazine from a couple of weeks ago.) - so we decieded to try it. It was a 3 course meal and every bit was delicious.

Located in the old Aurora Broker, I've gone 3 times and am in love. Please give it a try. For the time being, it's not crowded, but for their sake I hope that changes soon. Nice people, terrific food, great service, easy to get to (just south of I-70 on Peoria.)

I go on thursdays. They have a great Prime rib special. Also the Pianist on thursdays is very enjoyable. Many vocalists in the area come and sing with him. The owners always greet you at the door.

If your looking for a nice restuarant with good food and even better prices - Pappa D's is it. I live on the East side of town and it's all fast food or mexican. It's great to have such a cozy neighborhood restuarant that costs a little more than a big mac meal deal but so much better. A friend of mine told me about it and if you don't know about it you won't ever know it exists. It's hidden back into the Mayfair neighborhood, but it's definatly worth finding.
Pros: Inexpensive, Good Food
Cons: Hard to find

After tasting the food, I was surprised the place wasn't completely crowded with patrons. This Italian food rivals that of the delicious little restaurants in NYC - a must try - I can't wait to go back! (I also had the lasagne bolognese - excellent!)

What a wonderful experience I recently had at this restaurant in Cherry Creek. Everything from the overall dining experience to the amazing, delicious food made me wish I had one in St. Louis to go back to! Our group enjoyed several of the dishes offered and not one disappointed! The bruschetta was unlike any I had ever had along with the panini's that were piled high with the freshest of ingredients. It was nice to wander into the restaurant and be treated like one of the family! Congratulations to Cherry Creek for adding this gem to the neighborhood. I can't wait to return to Denver!
Pros: Fresh Italian food in a relaxed atmosphere
Cons: There isn't one in St. Louis!

If you are ever in Denver and want to treat your palette to the best cup of coffee, breakfast, lunch or anything on their menu, it will have the pleasure of tasting, then head down to either of the Tuscany Coffee's at 16th and Stout (across from Denver?s south bound light rail) or 1700 Lincoln in the Wells Fargo Center (it's the cash register building). People who inquire of me about the coffee and food here I usually respond with the analogy of it is like comparing a Cadillac to a Chevy (not that Chevy?s are bad I?ve owned a few myself, it?s just an analogy) when up against any of the myriad of coffee houses, which I have been to quite a few in different cities across the country and always find myself comparing coffee, sandwiches etc., to Tuscany. The ladies and gentlemen working the shop are the best you will encounter and will make you want to return! ENJOY, I do every chance I get!
Pros: Read the review...
Cons: None really... they are not everywhere but thats why they are so good!

What I have read and heard about Cinzzetti's was that it's expensive, but I though 13.99 for dinner was very reasonable for good food.
All the food was good. I am certainly a person who likes meat, but the vegetables were amazing. I had their fried Zucchini, which was excellent. It was fried perfectly not greasy at all. I eat broccoli every once in a while, but if I could have this broccoli prepared for me, I would eat it everyday. The broccoli was a dark green as if it was steamed, and smothered with butter and garlic. The carrots were delicious also. I believe they were cooked with honey. Most of the vegetables weren't very healthy, but the Grilled Vegetables seemed very healthy and were very good.
I can not remember the names of the pastas, but all of them (about 6 different dishes) were all cooked perfectly. The meatball were very good with the spaghetti.
While writing this review, I can't remember too many meat dishes, which is odd since I'm a meat person. They did have 3 chicken entrees and they were all good.
I didn't any of the pizza, but if you have kids the pizza would be a good option.
We also purchased a bottle of wine. I believe it was Yellow Tail and cost about $16.
The experience was very good and I believe the prices were more then reasonable for the quality of food. The quality is not up there with Maggiano's, but neither was the price.
Pros: very large selection, good food
