We had never been in Denver and found DJ's on citysearch. We plugged it into Garmin this morning and were on our way. The banana walnut pancakes were delicious. So were the biscuits and gravy. They are not skimpy with their portions and the coffee was very good. This was just what we needed and it was a very comfortable place, friendly staff. We'll definitely be back one day. Good value too.
Pros: Great food, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, good prices
Cons: None. You may have to wait a few minutes for a table.

I love this place! Order a coffee without having to learn Starbuck-speak, pick one from the menu or create your own - they won't sneer at you for a special order - and whatever you order, it'll be yummy. Choose a decadent baked good treat, or go for the healthy granola parfait. Many crepe options, and they're made right before your eyes. Hard to resist the turkey/bacon panini at lunchtime! Decent wine list, full bar, fun martinis, and a really nice appetizer menu to go with it. Oh! and they have Happy Hour bargains too....and live music...and wine tastings (fun and informative - they don't expect you to be a wine expert already).....and new art on the walls every month...and a patio. Which is all great stuff, but what keeps me (and many others) coming back is the customer service. They know me by name, they care how my day is going, they make whatever weird special order I come up with, and they're genuinely friendly. Check it out - morning, noon, evening - it's all good!

This is one of the best ice cream places I have ever went to. The ice cream is fresh and they have many varieties of flavors. My favorite ice cream is cookies & cream. They put alot of ice cream on your cone or even in your bowl. The staff is great and I would love to go back anytime!

I had the smothered burrito.... and it filled up the whole plate. No fancy food here, just full meals like you eat at home. The burrito was nicely seasoned, without being spicy, also tasted the reuben which was also pretty good. I thought the food was reasonably priced, and the service was pretty good, fast initially but took a while for beverage refills. We liked this restaurant, which provided plenty of parking, and we will go back again.
