Alright, I love asian food and I especially love decent asian food. I am sick of all the people complaining about how its not chinese enough. If you what real chinnese, you better move to San Fran or hop on a plane to China so get over the fact that its not 100% chinese. Stupid americans think because they once went to a REAL chinese restaruant, they know the real deal. Are you serious? PF should be praised for trying to create new dishes while keeping the old at a high level of taste. Last time I checked, old mom and pa were making the same old chop suey in the back and never tried something new. I can honestly say, I've never had this dish before when i choose an item from PF's menu. Besides who wants 100% chinese food any ways? Have some you ever eaten it? Pretty freaking scary is what it is. After reading this novel, you are probably wondering what gives me the right to say anything. Well, I am a half Thai american who recently went to thailand and thought the some of the 100% real thai food was pretty gross. Maggets, Toads, crochroachs arent my style so I am sticking to the American version of the menu. Besides I'm for saving sharks, no shark fins for me please. Opps, I guess I dont enjoy 100% chinese food!
Pros: Food, Layout, Class
Cons: Prices are a little steep

I am married to a woman from China, and visit Gaungzhou frequently. When I eat at Kings Land, I often forget I'm in Denver, and get surprised when the waiter answers in English. The zoe, chung fung, and all dim sum here is spot on, just like mama Chen makes it. Very impressed. I always way over order because I'm homesick for China, and want to get it all in, but when the bill comes, I am always pleasantly surprised. Usually don't give 5 stars, but I did in this case, beacause as far as an authentic, chinese meal, you can't get ay better than this even in China. Restrooms have always been spotless when I was here, and restaurant clean in response to the previous review.

I used to close to this restaurant for years and never thought to go to it because of the location and outside decor. Now I moved farther away and I am kicking myself. While the building looks ugly and name sounds cheesey, it is the best Chinese I have had in Denver, hands down. The interior is very nice and from what I hear, the kitchen is very clean. The service was fantastic and the food was great from start to finish. If you are looking for something more American-Chinese, the Sesame Pawns were fantastic. The Ginger Ice Cream was refreshing and delicious. Many of the recommendationf from our waiter turned out really weel and the meal was resonably priced for how much food you get. I will definitely be going back there!
Pros: Food, atmosphere, service
Cons: Ugly on outside, poor location

Local, iconic, fantastic Chinese food with surprisingly great atmosphere. I'm guessing whoever started P.F. "Chains" got their concept from Ming's Dynasty. The waiter we had was amazing....loved his attitude and jokes. The staff is very attentive and showed their service with a smile. I would much rather support a local iconic restaurant than a chain that you can find in any city. This place is a gem!
Pros: Service
Cons: none

Denver's Best Chinese! Great egg fu yung and an awesome lunch menu. The staff is friendly, and the service is super quick. The restaurant is not that tastefully decorated, but it is great for some Capitol Hill people-watching. There are lots of 'characters' who come into Great Wall, and they are usually from the shady side of life. BUT YOU CAN'T BEAT THE FOOD. They deliver too! This is the best Chinese restaurant in Denver, and even in surrounding areas.
Pros: The price and food quality
Cons: It's messy on the inside. Best to order take out or get delivery.

For my old time, classic Chinese style comfort foods I head to China Cafe. They have pretty much all of my favorite Chinese dishes (sadly no Moo Shu) and the kitchen cooks each dish perfectly each time.
Warning: It's not fancy but I'm after taste not superficial ambiance. I still go to that big chain (not going to mention the name but you know it's a Chinese restaurant founded by the American dude) but only because my co-workers drag me to that fru-fru shack.
Honestly, I want to support to local Colorado businesses and this place deserves a mention. From past conversations with the staff they have been in business for a long time and aren't your fly by night corporate gig.
Skiing and swimming always make me very tired and HUNGRY afterwards. On my way home from the slopes you'll find me here sitting with a big plate of spicy goodness. My favorites include any of their soups, dumplings, Teriyaki Chicken, Cashew Shrimp and many more. Service staff is very nice and they have a TV so you can watch some shows or the game when it's on.
Recommended for everyone who wants a good meal without the high price tag and frivolous trappings.
Pros: Classic dishes cooked to perfection
Cons: Way too many choices

The food was great, they served us right away. We were also happy to hear that they had free refills for sodas. The food was great, it was also served very fast. I would also recommend the crab wontons. They were awesome. Def 5 stars.
