Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric is the most customer services oriented business I’ve experienced. The service window was an amazing 2 hours and when the technician was on his way to my appointment, Applewood phoned and sent a copy of the technician’s picture to my email so I would recognize him before I opened the door. The technician explained thoroughly what needed to be done and finished the job earlier than projected. He cleaned up the area so there was no evidence he’d ever been there, other than a new water heater!Best Pros: Prompt service

This company's customer service has been exceptional. I had Chris & Levi on HVAC for my new furnace installation. Craig on as electrician to bring electrical up to code for the new furnace, and Zach took care of the plumbing for the new furnace. Everyone of these guys were so friendly, knowledgable about their work, and very neat. There was never a sign that I had any workers at my house, they always cleaned up. My dad was an architect and messy work sites were his pet peeve. Even he would have been impressed. Levi and Chris showed me everything I need to know about the new furnace. I hate going in my crawlspace but the changes that were made down there make it almost OK to be down there. Although this was not an inexpensive "adventure" I absolutely feel that I got my moneys worth and then some. I will always call Applewood for the services they provide. (Oh, & my dogs liked you all too!) Thank you all! Pros: Punctual, tidy, friendly crew Cons: None

What a daunting thing it is to have your furnace go out when you know you are facing a Colorado winter. as a single mother, I also always want to ensure that I am getting the best service possible. I certainly found that with Applewood! From their excellent customer service, to compassionate and knowledgeable electrician I knew I found the right place. They go as far as sending a picture of the technician prior to your appointment so you know who you are letting into your house. I have a furnace original to my 1957 house and it will need to be replaced, but instead of a strong sales pitch, the electrician got it up and running to take me safely through this season, giving me a chance to save for a new one! When that time comes, I will absolutely use Applewood to buy and install!

Called Applewood for an estimate on pulling a natural gas line from the basement to the kitchen. The estimate was about $1200. The plumber got very mad when we said we weren't interested and had received quotes much cheaper. He then questioned credentials of other companies. Ended up using a well-known, local company and paying a total of $350. We were charged for the estimate. Total rip-off. Pros: None Cons: Charges for estimates, Estimates are unreasonable

I can not remember the last time I had a plumber teach and ask if there was anything else he could answer or help out with. He was polite, clean (wore shoe covers!) and had long experience. He fixed the problem quickly and left the premises without any mess. I will definitely use them again. I received excellent customer service from Master Plumber Jaime Rodrigue. His calm, reassuring manner immediately put me at ease and I knew I was working with an honest, straightforward man whom I could trust. Jaime was kind, caring, empathetic and listened to my concerns, and walked me though the process of repairing a broken sewer main pipe. I was impressed by his ability to coordinate so many tasks yet he made me feel like his number on priority. The original estimate for the project was a staggering $15,000 but by the end of project that number dropped to $7600. Throughout the project I felt Jaime had my best interest at heart. It is with high praise that I recommend Applewood Plumbing and their representative, Jaime Rodriguez.
