I was in a year lease with what I thought of as a friend. When the year was up we informed the complex that we were done. Everything was a ok. Or at least until I got served with papers no joke 0- 8 years later saying that I owed over 3000 dollars. When I called these people and told them that I was willing to pay half of the bill and that the other person on the lease needed to pay the other half I was told that since I was the lucky one that they found that I was the one that was going to have to pay the whole thing. I then said since the amount was so high I was willing to pay a low amount every month to pay it off. I was called a liar and was told that if a crippled vet could afford 100 a month then so could I. When I said that I could not the woman on the other end of the phone told me then I was going to be taken to court and more than likely arrested since I was a deadbeat. I am not lying about anything of this. These people DO NOT care about anything but the almighty dollar. They will NOT listen to you. They will tell you how much you will pay and if you don't like it. TOUGH.

If you are a landlord these people will help you. They are reasonably priced and so generous with their time and advice that I feel guilty sometimes. They will assist you with very unpleasant situations. The fees are very fair, including collection fees. They are a busy company but you just have to take the responsibility of contacting them a bit more than at other places. I have been a landlord for 25 years and I am thankful I found these people, especially for collections.

i was supposed to receive HOA's for a year according to my closing papers the HOA didn't pay them and now i am being sued by these people for over $2000 that i should never have owed in the first place they are impossible to get ahold of and once you do they are horrible to deal with they have already passed judgement on me once for being A DAY late on my payment thus screwing up my credit. they are bottom feeders and awful to deal with.
