i was supposed to receive HOA's for a year according to my closing papers the HOA didn't pay them and now i am being sued by these people for over $2000 that i should never have owed in the first place they are impossible to get ahold of and once you do they are horrible to deal with they have already passed judgement on me once for being A DAY late on my payment thus screwing up my credit. they are bottom feeders and awful to deal with.

We have had the experience of dealing with these idiots for two years. They are the true epitome of scum suckers and we decided to challenge them which, based on our experience, doesn't happen too often. The individuals we had as a landlord retain this firm for collection purposes. Since we were justified in breaking our lease with them they decided to try to intimidate us into paying an outrageous amount of money we didn't owe. DON'T ALLOW THEM TO DO THIS TO YOU! This went on for two years and we decided to retain a very competent and skilled attorney in Denver by the name of Jennifer Henslee who stood up to them and stopped this once and for all. It is our understanding that most people either try to take them on without an attorney or simply give in to their intimidation tactics - even if they feel they are justified. This is how they make their money. Before you respond to any of their tactics PLEASE consult an attorney. These people are scared of actually having anything go to court especially if you request a jury trial. They know that public sentiment weighs heavily against them. Our attorney appealed for a jury trial to resolove this matter and as soon as she did these dregs decided to back down and requested a dismissal. It is well worth the money and time to get an attorney when dealing with these folks. If you don't they will not respond to your requests and will drag this out for months or, in our case, years.
