We've tried the pizza all over Denver, and keep coming back to Parisi. The Margarita pizza is as good as anything we had in Italy. The crust is thin and crisp, the mozzarella is just to-die-for, and everything is fresh and in all the right proportions. I love all of the food at Parisi, but the Margarita is so good, I don't often stray to another pizza. But don't be afraid of the very affordable daily specials. I've never been disappointed.
Pros: Housemade mozzarella
Cons: Sometimes there is a wait

I have just returned from my third visit to Sam Taylor's BBQ. There are not enough adjectives to describe the food and how great it tastes. All three times my family and I have ordered the sampler platter receiving sausage, chicken, beef and pork ribs. The sauce and flavor of the food is beyond compare. The service is the best I have had in a restaurant. The staff is always smiling and friendly with the owner always visiting the table to ensure service and food were good. Do not leave this restaurant without trying the home made potato chips with BBQ sauce; they are wonderful.
Pros: Excellent food and service
Cons: None

What a wonderful experience I recently had at this restaurant in Cherry Creek. Everything from the overall dining experience to the amazing, delicious food made me wish I had one in St. Louis to go back to! Our group enjoyed several of the dishes offered and not one disappointed! The bruschetta was unlike any I had ever had along with the panini's that were piled high with the freshest of ingredients. It was nice to wander into the restaurant and be treated like one of the family! Congratulations to Cherry Creek for adding this gem to the neighborhood. I can't wait to return to Denver!
Pros: Fresh Italian food in a relaxed atmosphere
Cons: There isn't one in St. Louis!

Beau Jo's has the most incredible pizza! Not only is it the perfect sauce to cheese ratio (for my liking, I prefer 50/50), but they pile the toppings high! As if that weren't enough, the crust is a very thick, twisted crust that towers over the pie. After you finish your pizza, you can take the honey container from the table and drizzle it over your crust. It's like a meal and dessert all in one. I live in CA now, and truly wish that Beau Jo's were closer. The restaurant is very family friendly, and the service is great.

The food was great, the atmosphere was just adorable and chic, and everyone was very friendly. From my table I could see into the kitchen and watch as the chefs made their every move... I love watching people cook! Also, I find one thing that is very important is the restroom(s). :D They were very clean and rather cute.... All in all, you absolutely have to eat at Tables.
Pros: very cute decor, and friendly staff
Cons: a bit more light would have been nice

I know quite a few people that think their standard Mexican fare is decent and I agree. But I think the reason to come here is because they have the best salsa, guac, rellenos and like most Mexican food lovers, their green chile is the tastiest ever...amazing. And their beers are big and cheap. Oh yeah, if you think this place is expensive, your next obvious choice is Taco Bell. The Brewery Bar is a great value, has great staff and is a super, old-school Denver, no frills atmosphere.

When I walked into this place with my relatives (locals) I immediately thought of Laura Ingalls Wilder in Little House on the Prairie. How wrong was I to judge a book by its cover! When my sister went to grab a number for us, we hung around the store and the Americana Barn. The kids got a real kick out of taking pictures with the brass Thomas Jefferson in front. Our table seated 8. At promptly 6 o' clock, my nephew, who is an avid diner at WFF, ran off to ride the "Pig slide" as he called it. Apparently, it is only open the first 15 minut4es of the hour, and my nephew worships it. As soon as we sat down at our long country style table, we were greeted by a nice lady wearing an checkered apron. She handed us menus and took our drink orders. My niece and nephew, who always come to WFF brought their report cards with straight As on them. The server immediately smiled and congratulated them. She stamped them with a smiley face and told my sister that they would get free kids meals! Those kids meals included potatoes, fried chicken, a drink, a sundae, and unlimited sides. (Unlimited sides come with the meal!) After we had placed our order, our waitress whipped out a bowl of fresh beets, homemade coleslaw, bean salad and decadent corn fritters. Everything was excellent. The coleslaw was the best I had ever had! Crunchy, crisp, and sour! The beets, were sweet and firm. The bean salad was different but still delicious. The corn fritters were so good, I filled up on them right as the chicken came! The chicken came on a steaming platter topped with an American flag as an added effect. The chicken is specially cooked in a steam cooker, and then friend to a crunchy crisp so it isn't oily at all! The potatoes were buttery and fluffy. My sister says that this place is like a Casa Bonita, but with actually food. Overall, the experience was great, and the kids loved it- very family friendly!
Pros: Best fried chicken and coleslaw I've ever had! Great service
Cons: reservations for people with large groups only. (20+)

This place is fabulous. I have been taking my dog here for the last few months and I have nothing but great things to say about For the Love of Dog. Rodrigo (the dog trainer on site) has been working with my puppy to complement the training that I do at home and it has made a huge difference. The staff is great and they put a lot of personal attention into each dog. I trust them 100% with my dog. I am so happy to have a place like this; For the Love of Dog has really helped my puppy grow into an incredible dog! They also have a lot of goodies for sale. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Pros: Staff, training, spa
Cons: Does not board
