My experience as an event planner I have been to several facilities. I did a wedding reception there for 80 people and the bride and groom loved it. If you are looking for a facility that can hold 80 or less then this is place plus your guest will have not have to go far b/c you can reserve rooms for them.

This place was unbelievably cheap. The people were friendly, and the service was excellent....

This place was unbelievably cheap. The people were friendly, and the service was excellent. However, the floor was simply revolting. I wiped and wiped at it, but just touching the floor with a damp rag would turn the rag black. Ugh. This place needs to invest in a bit of soap and perhaps some training for their cleaning service.
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Dirty, very dirty
